Order Processing Time
Orders typically take 2–5 business days to be printed, packed, and prepared for shipment.
During busy seasons, holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Time
Estimated shipping times begin after your order has been fulfilled.
United States: 3–7 business days
Canada: 5–12 business days
International: 7–21 business days
Shipping times are estimates only and may vary depending on carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or high-volume periods.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Multiple Items / Split Shipments
Because our products are fulfilled through different Printful facilities, items in the same order may arrive in separate packages.
If this happens, you will receive tracking information for each shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
If an incorrect address is entered, contact us as soon as possible at Support@cozycattees.com
If the order has already entered production or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Cozy Cat Tees is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact us at Support@cozycattees.com, and we will do our best to help you work with the shipping carrier.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges required by their country.
These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee.
